Woliba's wellness challenges are built to support everyone, no matter where they are on their wellness journey, keeping users accountable to activity and actions, and motivated with daily tips and info. You can go solo or invite a buddy to join you in a challenge -- if you're an administrator, you can even launch one for your whole company! 

We have different employee wellness challenges themes to keep the content engaging and relevant to a variety of participants.  Our challenges are divided into 2 main groups:

  1. Activity Challenges: These focus on a physical activity and place participants in competition with one another. These challenges are a great way to motivate employees/members, increase retention and give meaning and outcomes to their daily workouts.
  2. Behavior Challenges: Our behavior challenges are motivating and habit-forming in different areas of well-being -- from hydration to personal productivity to sleep. These support users in building the habits to support their wellbeing every day. 


Activity Challenges are further divided into 3 sub-categories:

  1. Classic: All participants activity is counted over the course of the challenge (usually 4-6 weeks) and those with the most steps, calories, or distance at the end win the challenge.
  2. Survivor: Participants must meet an increasingly difficult weekly goal or be eliminated from the challenge.
  3. Group: Participants work together to get the maximum amount of steps or travel the furthest distance as a group, usually to raise money for a charity or cause

Behavior Challenges are available in 6 topics listed below, but they all follow the same habit-building format, asking the participant to complete a specific task before moving on.
