If you're facing an issue of the app crashing then please follow the below steps:

  1. Log out of Woliba, clear the app data from settings, and log in again.
  2. Uninstall and re-install the latest update of the Woliba app.
  3. Check the app on a different mobile device or Operating System (iOS or Android) to confirm if the issue is with the app or specific to your device.
