Most fitness devices and apps allow you to track different activities, whether they are done indoors like a stationary bike, or outdoors like mountain biking. Once your fitness device or app is synced with Woliba, then your total steps, distance, time spent active, and calories burned are all stored in the app automatically.

If you are not using a you will have to manually enter these activities, which you can do with the "Log Your Workout" button on the main dashboard screen.
