Step-by-Step Guide

1. Accessing the Event Page

Navigate to the events section of the platform.

Browse for the event you wish to attend.

2. Reserving a Spot

Click on the Reserve Spot button for your selected event.

Add this event to your calendar.

You will receive a notification regarding your event in your Woliba’s account’s bell notification.

3. Attending the Event

On the event day, join the session at the scheduled time.

Ensure that you stay for the required duration to have your attendance recorded.

4. Checking Attendance Status

After the event, it will reflect in the completed section, where you can check Attendees.

Verify if your attendance has been marked correctly.

5. Troubleshooting Attendance Issues

If your attendance is not marked despite attending, contact support with event details.

Ensure that you did not only reserve a spot but also actively participated in the event.

Important Note:

If a user clicks on Reserve Spot but does not attend, their attendance will not be marked.

Only users who both reserve a spot and attend the event will appear in the Attendees List.
