  • Company Live Event: These are live sessions organized and launched by your organization’s admin.

  • Woliba Live Event: These events are hosted directly by the Woliba team and are open to all users.

3. If I reserve a spot, where can I find the scheduled event?

You can find all your reserved events under the “Scheduled Events” section within the Events tab.

4. Where can I find an event once it is completed?

Once an event concludes, it will automatically move to the “Completed Events” section. You can access and review it there.

5. Will I get points for watching On-Demand Events?

Yes, watching On-Demand Events will earn you points, just like attending live ones.

6. What happens when I click "Cancel Reservation"?

Your spot in the event will be released, and you’ll no longer be listed as a participant.

7. Can I rejoin an event after canceling my reservation?

Yes, if the event is still open and spots are available, you can click "Reserve Spot" again.
