Your user name is whatever email address you registered with, most likely your work email.

However, if you aren't sure, you can try a few steps to recover it:

Reset Your User Name for the App:

If you are logged into the web portal but forgot your username on the app, you can: 

  1. Go to SETTINGS https://woliba.io/settings
  2. Go to UPDATE CREDENTIALS
  3. Update your email to your preferred email

 

Request a New Password:

  1. Go to woliba.io/user
  2. Select Request New Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. If the email address is INCORRECT, you will be alerted - SORRY, UNRECOGNIZED EMAIL

 

 

 

If all this fails, send a note with your FULL NAME and  COMPANY NAME to support@woliba.io.
