-
If permissions are missing or disabled, enable them manually for key categories such as:

-
Calories Burned
-
Step 3: Ensure Both Apps Are Up-to-Date
Go to the Google Play Store and make sure you have the latest versions of:
-
Google Fit
-
Health Connect
Outdated versions may cause syncing delays or failures.
Step 4: Trigger a Manual Sync
If data isn't syncing right away:
-
Open Google Fit > tap Settings.
-
Go to Manage Data and Access.
-
Under Permissions and Data, locate the activity type (e.g., Steps, Calories).
-
Tap the relevant metric (e.g., Steps) and select Delete this data (choose a time range if needed).
-
Confirm deletion to clear the stale data.
-
Return to Settings > Health Connect section.
-
Toggle Sync Fit with Health Connect OFF, wait a few seconds, then toggle it back ON.
-
Now, check if the updated data reflects correctly in both apps.
-
Step 5: Use Google Fit Dashboard Sync Option (If Still Not Syncing)
-
Open Google Fit > go to Dashboard.
-
Look for the Sync Fit with Health Connect banner or option.
-
Tap Get Started and follow the setup process.
-
Ensure all required permissions are granted during this setup.
Step 6: View & Manage Your Health Data via Health Connect
To view detailed records:
-
Open the Google Fit app.
-
Go to Settings > Health Connect > Manage Data and Access.
-
Choose an activity type (e.g., Steps, Calories).
-
Tap See All Entries under Manage Data to view historical data entries.
-
Repeat for other metrics if needed.
-
This helps ensure your Google Fit activity is being tracked and stored correctly in Health Connect.
-
Please note: To get all your workout data like steps, distance, or calories please make sure to give full data access permissions to the Woliba app when connecting your device.
