Even if you don't have a fitness device, you can log your workout data using the Log Workout button in Woliba web/app in just a few clicks:
- From your dashboard, find "Log Workout" on the right side of your Webpage. In the App, simply scroll down to find the same button under Daily Activity.
- Select your workout type from the editable list of options.
- Don't see your activity? Click "Edit My List" to add it to your list of interests.
- Add the date of the activity, the distance, and the difficulty level, and click Next.
- You now have points for the workout and can find your workout in your workout history.
