Even if you don't have a fitness device, you can log your workout data using the Log Workout button in Woliba web/app in just a few clicks:

  1. From your dashboard, find "Log Workout" on the right side of your Webpage. In the App, simply scroll down to find the same button under Daily Activity.
  2. Select your workout type from the editable list of options. 
  3. Don't see your activity? Click "Edit My List" to add it to your list of interests.
  4. Add the date of the activity, the distance, and the difficulty level, and click Next.
  5. You now have points for the workout and can find your workout in your workout history.
