You can set new Monthly Fitness Goals in your Woliba app at the start of each month. Follow along in the steps and video below to see how:

  • Scroll down to see "Monthly Tasks" under "Daily Tips."
  • If you don't have any goals set, you will see a button labeled "Set Monthly Fitness Goals." Click it.
  • Use the slide bar to set your step goal. Click continue to do the same for calories and distance

 

Congratulations! You have just set your goals for the month! Note that this action cannot be undone until next month, when you will have the chance to set your goals again. View these goals anytime by coming back to the "Monthly Tasks" button on your dashboard.
