How do I turn on/off smart phone notifications?

Turn on/off mobile notifications on Apple/Android devices

Click on the Menu (3 bars in the top right corner)
Click on SETTINGS
Go to Notification Settings
Toggle all switches to ON (GREEN) or OFF (Blank)
