Anyone can participate in challenges in Woliba — even without a fitness device — all you need is your phone!
You can use your Android or iOS phone as a fitness tracker with widely available apps such as Google fit, Fitbit, and Apple Health kit.
Simply install these apps, if they are not already on your phone, and sync them using Woliba's Connect Device feature. Once they are synced, your fitness data will be automatically tracked and updated in Woliba every time you log into the app.
If you choose not to connect a device for automatic tracking, be sure to check out all the areas of Woliba you can earn points beyond fitness: watching videos, trying recipes, and reading articles (and taking the associated quizzes!) are all great ways to progress on your wellness journey, as are attending live events and leaving recognition for your co-workers, provided your company has these latter features enabled.
