What is the Analytics feature in the Recognition module?

The Analytics tab in Woliba offers insightful visualizations and data-driven reports to help track employee engagement through recognition metrics. This feature allows Admins and Managers to view performance by Departments and Locations, helping identify both high performers and areas that need improvement.
