We have different employee wellness and activity challenges themes to keep the content engaging and relevant to a variety of participants. Our challenges are divided into 2 main groups:
Activity Challenges: These focus on a physical activity and place participants in competition with one another. These challenges are a great way to motivate employees/members, increase retention and give meaning and outcomes to their daily workouts.
Wellness Challenges: Our wellness challenges are motivating and habit-forming in different areas of well-being -- from hydration to personal productivity to sleep. These support users in building the habits to support their wellbeing every day.
Activity Challenges are further divided into 3 sub-categories:
- Classic
- Survivor
- Group
Wellness Challenges are available in 6 topics listed below, but they all follow the same habit-building format, asking the participant to complete a specific task before moving on.
