How to add user in Challenges?

The "Add User" feature in Woliba lets admins manually add employees to an active challenge. This is helpful if someone missed the sign-up window or needs to be included manually.

Steps to Add a User:

1. Navigate to the Challenge Section

Click on the “Challenges” icon from the left sidebar.
Choose the appropriate challenge from the Active Challenges tab.

2. Open the Challenge Details

Click on the specific challenge you want to manage.
Go to the Leaderboard tab.

3. Click “Add User”

At the bottom right of the challenge screen, click the “Add User” button.

4. Select the User

Type the name of the user you want to add by clicking on their name.
Confirm the action.

5. Confirmation

A green success message will appear at the top right:
✅ “Participants successfully added to the challenge.”
