Manager Role Specifics

  • Single Manager per Department – Only one manager is assigned per department.

  • Access to Department Analytics – Managers can view team performance insights.

  • Team Performance Oversight – Ability to monitor low and top-performing members.

  • Date-Related Information – Can track birthdays and work anniversaries within their department.

  • Recognition Overview – Managers can view the recognition received by their team members.

  • Restricted Access – Managers can only view data related to their own department and cannot access information about employees from other departments.
