Tracking Reward Achievements

Admins can monitor the number of users who have achieved different badges.

Steps to Track Achievements:

  • Navigate to the Rewards Dashboard.
  • The dashboard displays different badge levels with their Points Goal.
  • Under each badge, the system shows the number of people who have achieved that goal.
  • Use the Year filter to track achievements across different time periods.

How to Access Documents

Navigate to the Documents Section:
  • Log in to your Woliba account.
  • Click on the Documents tab under the Rewards section.

View and Download Documents:

1. Select a document from the available list, which may include:

  • Wellness and fitness goals
  • Program notices
  • Instructional guides (e.g., How to add Woliba to Slack)
  • Invoices and biometric reports

2. Click on the document name to open or download it for reference.

Accessing the Rewards Management Section

  • Log in to Woliba as an Admin.
  • Click on the Rewards icon in the left-side navigation panel.
  • The Rewards Dashboard displays different badge levels and their point goals.

Managing Reward Caps

Admins can adjust the reward caps for different badge levels based on organizational policies.

Steps to Modify Reward Caps:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Rewards Bucket Caps section.
  2. Locate the Modify Values panel, where different badge levels are listed.
  3. Adjust the reward points within the allowed range for each badge:
  • Bronze Badge: Min 1000 pts – Max 2500 pts
  • Silver Badge: Min 3000 pts – Max 5000 pts
  • Gold Badge: Min 6000 pts – Max 7500 pts
  • Platinum Badge: Min 8000 pts – Max 10,000 pts
  1. Select the Set Default option if you want to apply a predefined default value.
  2. Click Done to save the changes.
