Accessing the Surveys Page

  1. Navigate to the Surveys section from the left sidebar.
  2. The Surveys dashboard consists of three main sections:
  • Recommended Surveys to Launch – Pre-built survey templates for quick deployment.
  • Active Surveys – Ongoing surveys currently collecting responses.
  • Company Survey Analysis – Insights and performance metrics based on survey data.

Creating a New Survey

To create a new survey, click the "+" (Create Survey) button in the top-right corner. A dropdown menu appears with the following options:

  • Create survey from scratch – Build a completely new survey by adding custom questions.
  • Create survey from library – Select and modify an existing survey template.
  • Create survey library – Design a reusable survey template that can be used later.

This feature simplifies the process of survey creation, providing flexibility to start fresh or use predefined structures.

Survey Types

  • Employee Engagement Survey – Evaluates employee satisfaction and workplace morale.
  • Employee Performance Survey – Gathers feedback on employee performance.
  • Culture & Wellness Surveys – Assesses workplace culture, wellness, and lifestyle factors.
  • Custom Surveys – Design surveys tailored to specific organizational needs.

Managing Active Surveys

  • View active surveys under the Active Surveys section.
  • Click on a survey to monitor progress and completion rates.
  • Modify survey settings or close surveys as needed.

Survey Analysis & Insights

The Company Survey Analysis section provides key performance metrics, including:

  • Culture Score – Reflects workplace culture based on survey responses.
  • Wellness Score – Measures employee well-being and health initiatives.
  • Lifestyle Score – Evaluates employee work-life balance.
  • Employee Score – Indicates overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Each score includes a status indicator (In Risk, In Neutral, In Win) to highlight strengths and areas needing improvement.

Need to know

  • Once a survey has been launched, it will appear on the dashboard, and users will receive a bell notification.
  • After a survey is completed, it will be moved to the Completed section.
  • Users can view the points earned from surveys under the Wellness Points section within the Rewards tab.
