Accessing the Health Initiatives Library

Navigate to the Library Tab:

From the sidebar menu, click the clipboard icon to access the Library section.

This section lists available initiatives such as Health Risk Assessment, Flu Shot, Mental Health Sessions, Financial Planning, and many more.

Viewing Initiative Details:

Hover over any initiative and click to view basic details like completion percentage, start/end dates, and points earned.

Creating a New Health Initiative

Click the "+" Button:

On the top-right corner of the Library page, click the "+" (Create HDM Initiative) button.

Launch Health Initiative Wizard:
The creation process involves five steps:
Step 1: About Initiative

Title: Enter the initiative’s title (e.g., "Flu Shot").

Icon: Choose an appropriate icon.

Description: Provide a brief description about the initiative’s goal.
Step 2: Customize Initiative

Set up custom parameters like health initiative point, confirmation on upload documentation associated with the initiative.
Step 3: Invite Users

Select users/departments/locations or teams who will be invited to participate. Also, you can add or extend your invitation by adding spouse and dependent.
Step 4: Launch Initiative

Check if you want to launch it now or schedule it for later, also, select the time zone and select the initiative start and end date.
- If you select "All day" then it will be available for next 24hrs.
Step 5: Email Notification

Customize the email invitation that participants will receive.
Monitoring Initiative Progress

Progress Tracking:
-
Click on any launched initiative to view progress.

Displays percentage completed (e.g., 90% completed for Biometric Screening), total users completed vs. invited, and timeline (Start and End dates).

Performance Indicators:

Points earned (e.g., +25 pts) for completing initiatives.

Visual progress bar to easily assess success rates.
