🔍 Accessing Insights

Admins can access the Insights feature from the left navigation menu under the Recognition module. The feature displays various sections of analytics for Employees and Managers, that are updated in real-time based on internal recognition activity.

📅 Time-Based Filters

The dashboard allows filtering of data based on the following time periods:

  • Yearly
  • Quarterly
  • Monthly

📈 Key Metrics Displayed

The Insights dashboard is organized into the following sections:

1. Recognition Summary

  • Total recognitions
  • Number of unique contributors
  • Total likes received
  • Total comments received

2. Top Contributors

  • Displays the top employees based on the number of recognitions received or given.
  • Visualized using profile cards and recognition counts.

3. Top Appreciated Users

  • Highlights the individuals who received the most recognition during the selected time frame.
  • Measured by likes and recognitions received.

4. Top Tags Used

  • Lists the most commonly used core values in recognition messages.
  • Provides insight into popular themes of appreciation (e.g., #Teamwork, #Innovation).

5. Top Contributors by Likes

  • Ranks contributors by the number of likes received on their recognition posts.

  • Helps identify highly engaged or influential employees.

6. Top Contributors by Comments

  • Ranks contributors by the number of comments received on their posts.

  • Indicates recognition posts that spark conversations or community interaction.
