Features of the Library Section:

  1. Create Core Values:
  • Admins can define and add new core values using the Create Core Value button.
  • Each core value is assigned an icon and color for easy identification.

2. Core Value Info:

  • Admins can view the info of the core value.
  • It shows the usage of that core value.

3. Edit Core Values:

  • Clicking on a core value allows admins to view or edit it.
  • The edit option enables modifying the core value's name, description, and icon.

How to Use the Library Feature:

1. Accessing the Library:

  • Navigate to the Recognition module and select the Library tab.
  • This section lists all company core values in a structured layout.

2. Adding a New Core Value:

  • Click the + button in the top right corner.
  • Enter the core value name, select an icon, and assign a color.
  • Save the new core value to make it available for recognition.

3. Editing an Existing Core Value:

  • Click on pencil icon to edit a core value tile to reveal the View and Edit options.
  • Click Edit to modify the value's details.

By effectively managing core values through the Library, administrators can ensure that employee recognitions align with the organization’s vision and values, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.
