Where can I see the list of top-performing employees?

The Performance feature in Woliba provides a visual summary of top-performing employees based on their monthly, quarterly, or yearly contributions. This module helps Admins and users recognize and reward employee engagement and achievements with clarity and ease.

🔍 Key Highlights

Time-Based Filters:

The Performance dashboard includes a filter option allowing Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly views. Admins can switch between these views using the dropdown in the top-right corner to analyze performance data over different timeframes.

Monthly Breakdown:

When the Monthly filter is selected, employee performance is displayed in individual panels categorized by month (e.g., January, February, March). Each panel shows the employees and their respective performance points for that month.

Top Performers List:

Under each selected timeframe, you can view:

Employee Name
Profile Picture
Total Performance Points

Quick Visibility:

This feature provides quick insights into who is contributing the most, helping leaders acknowledge efforts in real time.
